Terms of Service

Terms of use and sale for the Amperio service, published by ONEIRIC SRL. Last updated: 5 October 2026. For accounts opened before that date, the changes to sections 4 and 16 take effect on 4 November 2026.

This document is a translation provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Publisher

The Amperio service (the “Service”) is published by ONEIRIC SRL, a private limited company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Avenue Roi Baudouin 47, 1310 La Hulpe (Belgium), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1043.491.554, RLE Walloon Brabant, VAT BE 1043.491.554 (the “Publisher” or “Amperio”). Amperio is its trade name. Accounts opened with its founders before the company was incorporated, on 2 October 2026, are taken over by the Publisher on the same terms. Contact: support@amperio.be.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Service, as well as the taking out of subscriptions. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Amperio is an application intended for electricians and professionals in the electrical sector. Among other things, it lets you describe an installation (by voice, in writing or manually), produce single-line diagrams and position plans, structure the installation (rooms, circuits, distribution boards), track job site tasks and export an electrical file as a PDF. Automatic checks based on the RGIE (Book 1) flag certain deviations as you enter the installation.

4. What Amperio is not

Amperio is a work aid, not an inspection body or an engineering office. The checks, suggestions and documents produced by the Service, including those generated by artificial intelligence, replace neither the professional judgment of the electrician nor the conformity inspection of the installation, which remains the task of an accredited inspection body. You remain solely responsible for the design, execution and conformity of your installations, as well as for the documents you hand over to third parties. Always verify the results produced by the Service before relying on them.

Documents exported from the Service are drawn up by you and under your responsibility; they may not be presented as checked, validated or certified by Amperio. If you use the Service in a professional capacity, you shall indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against any claim by a third party, in particular your customers, to the extent that it arises from an installation you designed or carried out, or from a document you drew up or handed over using the Service.

5. Account

Use of the Service requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential; any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be carried out by you. An account can create or join an organization in order to share files with a team; joining is done by means of an invitation code, under the responsibility of the organization that issues it.

6. Free trial and student access

Every new account gets a free trial: one job site free for 7 days, no credit card. The period starts when the first job site is created and does not renew, even if the job site is deleted. Free access may also be granted to electrical students, on request and after manual review; Amperio may refuse or withdraw it if the conditions are not, or are no longer, met.

7. Subscription and price

Beyond the trial, full access to the Service requires the Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen. The current rate is shown on the Pricing page; it is stated excl. VAT, with the applicable VAT added and the total amount shown before any payment. The “early-bird” rate is a launch rate: it remains in force for current subscriptions for as long as they are not canceled, but may be withdrawn for new subscriptions. Any change to the price of a current subscription is announced at least 30 days in advance; if you refuse it, you can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Amperio does not store your card numbers. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until canceled. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended after notification, until the situation is resolved.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, monthly or yearly, which remains due; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, amounts already billed are not refunded pro rata. After cancellation, you keep the ability to export your files for a reasonable period before any deletion.

10. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days from taking out the subscription to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to support@amperio.be. If you ask for the Service to start immediately, you remain liable for an amount proportional to the period of use elapsed at the time of withdrawal. As the free trial involves no payment, no withdrawal applies to it.

11. Your content

Your files, diagrams, plans, recordings and other content belong to you. You grant Amperio the license strictly necessary to host, process, back up and display this content in order to provide the Service. You can export it at any time. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you import.

12. Artificial intelligence

Some features of the Service rely on artificial intelligence models, notably the transcription and interpretation of voice dictation, operated with the provider OpenAI. The results produced by these features may contain errors or approximations: they are provided as assistance and must be verified before use, in accordance with section 4.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, its symbol library, its software and its brand are the property of the Publisher or its licensors. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service, limited to its normal purpose. The following in particular are prohibited: reselling or sublicensing the Service, reverse engineering it outside legal exceptions, and systematically extracting its symbol library.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the operation of the Service, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to use it for illegal purposes and not to circumvent its technical or pricing limitations. Amperio may suspend an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notification where circumstances allow.

15. Availability and support

Amperio is provided “as is” and aims for high availability, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation: maintenance, updates or outages may occur. Support is provided by e-mail at support@amperio.be.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability under the Service is capped at the higher of the following two amounts: the amounts you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €250. The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, of customers, or of data not covered by the backups offered by the Service). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Publisher's liability in the event of fraud or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it, in particular liability for defective products, or deprives a consumer of the rights mandatorily guaranteed by law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services and content.

17. Changes

The Service evolves continuously; features may be added, changed or removed without altering the essential purpose of the subscription. These terms may be amended: any substantial change is notified at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you refuse it.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. For professionals, the courts of the district of the Publisher's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain the jurisdiction rules provided by law and may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) with a view to an amicable settlement.

19. Contact

For any question about these terms: support@amperio.be or via the Contact page.
