Privacy Policy
Your files belong to you, your data is hosted in the European Union, and we only collect what serves the Service. Last updated: 5 October 2026 (cookies: version 2026-09-16).
This document is a translation provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Data controller
The data controller is ONEIRIC SRL, publisher of the Amperio service, with its registered office at Avenue Roi Baudouin 47, 1310 La Hulpe (Belgium), company number 1043.491.554. For any question about your data: support@amperio.be.
2. Data we process
- Account: name, e-mail address and login credentials, managed through our authentication provider.
- Work content: your job sites, diagrams, plans, installations, tasks, notes and PDF exports.
- Voice dictation: when you dictate, the audio is transmitted for transcription and interpretation, then the result is added to your file.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card numbers.
- Technical and usage data: connection logs and usage events needed for security, support and improving the Service.
- Sign-up origin: when you create an account, we keep where your visit came from (campaign, originating link or site, landing page), as passed in the page address, so we know which channels bring people to us. No cookie is used for this.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the Service (account, files, dictation, exports, support), on the basis of the performance of the contract.
- Billing the subscription and keeping our accounts, on the basis of the performance of the contract and of our legal obligations.
- Securing the Service and preventing abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Improving the product from internal usage metrics, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Sending you non-essential communications, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Introducing Amperio to professionals in the sector (see the Business prospecting section), on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Compile and publish anonymised, aggregated statistics on the use of the Service and on the RGIE deviations found in files (for example a quarterly barometer), on the basis of our legitimate interest. These statistics are computed after every account, customer, address and job site identifier has been removed, only on groups of at least twenty installations, and do not allow any user, customer or installation to be traced.
4. Business prospecting
To introduce Amperio, we build a list of professionals in the electrical sector (installers, firms, self-employed electricians) and contact them by e-mail. The data processed is strictly professional: company name, company number, address, business contact details and activity. It is not collected from you: in accordance with Article 14 of the GDPR, we specify that it comes from public sources, in particular the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE), public business directories such as Google Maps, and the websites of the companies concerned.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in presenting a professional tool to directly relevant professionals. You may object at any time (Article 21 GDPR): every message contains an unsubscribe link, or write to support@amperio.be. After you object, we stop all sending and keep only the minimum needed to honour your choice (a suppression list). Contact details of people who do not respond are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
5. Voice dictation and artificial intelligence
Transcription and interpretation of your voice are operated with OpenAI, under its offering intended for businesses via API: your content is not used there to train its models and is only retained there in a limited way, for the purposes of providing the service and preventing abuse. We only transmit what is necessary to process your request.
6. Processors
We use a small number of providers, selected for their guarantees: authentication (Clerk), payment (Stripe), transcription and AI (OpenAI), hosting of the application and the site (Vercel), maps (OpenFreeMap for the base map, Geoapify to locate job-site addresses, without the client's name) and business e-mail (Google Workspace). When one of them processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).
7. Hosting
Your files and account data are hosted in the European Union.
8. Retention periods
Your content is kept for as long as your account is active. After cancellation or deletion of the account, it is deleted at the end of a reasonable period allowing you to export it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (for example accounting records, kept for 7 years). Technical logs are kept for short, proportionate periods.
9. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, as well as the right to withdraw a consent. Write to support@amperio.be; we reply within the timeframes provided for by the GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
10. Cookies and audience measurement
Version 2026-09-16 of this section. Previous versions: 9 September 2026 (first version, two-choice banner). Every substantive change gets a new number and your choice is asked again.
Without consent: measurement that writes nothing to your device
We measure the site's audience and performance with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, and analyse navigation with PostHog (hosted in the European Union) in cookieless mode. Nothing is written to your device. Pages viewed, clicks and clicked areas during a single visit are counted under an identifier computed by hashing on the server and reset every day, which can neither recognise you from one day to the next nor identify you. The IP address is not kept. This data is never matched to an account nor passed to third parties other than in aggregate.
With your consent (banner)
- Analytics: a random identifier is stored in a first-party cookie to link your visits to each other and to a possible sign-up, and your navigation on the site is recorded (session replay) with input fields masked. Declining or withdrawing returns to cookieless measurement and deletes the cookie.
- Marketing: the site loads the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and build audiences. Withdrawing pauses the pixel and deletes its cookies. Any transfers of data by Meta outside the European Union are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, with its date and the version of this section.
In the application
When you are signed in, we measure use of the Service tied to your account with PostHog, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the product: pages viewed, milestones (sign-up, creation of an organisation or job site, first export, subscription) and recording of navigation with input fields masked. These measurements are linked to the sign-up origin described in section 2. You can object at any time from your profile ("Privacy"); deleting your account also erases this data at PostHog.

11. Security
Exchanges are encrypted (TLS), access to data is restricted and logged, and your files are backed up regularly. As no system is infallible, we will notify you in accordance with the GDPR in the event of an incident affecting your data.
12. Changes
This policy may evolve with the Service; the current version is always published on this page, with its update date. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you.
